Phil Fortin is the author of the Captain Lord Worthley Series, USS Concord, The Knights of Malta and Mission to Tunis.  Phil retired from the United States Air Force after over twenty years of service. He is married to his high school sweetheart. They are originally from New England but now live in MD. They are active in the community and church were he served as a chaplain.
